The straight-line glass edging machines for the execution of the flat edge with arrises are the result of the attention paid by Zafferani Glas to the evolution of the needs of small and medium-sized glass processing companies.
The range is divided into eight models, capable of satisfying all our customers’ needs. All components of our edging machines comply with European CE safety standards. Zafferani Glas is available, as per tradition, to develop and customize machines in case of special needs of our Customers.
Thanks to the touch-screen panel, among other things, it is possible to manage self-diagnosis menu, and get info like meters & hour worked, as well as it’s possible to exclude any polishing wheels if they are not necessary for a particular process.
Standard features:
- Glass direction: from left to right (on request from right to left)
- Adjustment of the height of the inlet glass conveyor: 0 ÷ 3 mm without acting on the individual diamond wheels
- Electronic control of the pneumatic system for the operation of the polishing & arris wheels
- Computer exclusion selector: for manual processing
- Possibility of processing out of square pieces.
Structural features:
- Main conveyor: lubricated chain, with hardened and ground guides
- Rubber pads: steel shoes covered in vulcanized oil-resistant rubber and equipped with watertight and anti-impurity insulated bearings
- Wheel tank: in stainless steel with full front and rear inspection visibility for quick t wheel change
- External water tank: in stainless steel with immersion pump, equipped with filter, overflow and drain valve
Electrical features:
- Electrical panel: ventilated with separate switches of the various utilities
- New Generation spindle: with simplified construction
- Working direction selector
Options:
- Entry and exit conveyors height and length extensions 1 mt (all models)
- 25-50 l air compressor requested for operating (all models)
Available upon request, on all models, motorized system for processing parallelogram shaped glasses or high & narrow strips
