AZV MILL 1600 ULTRA
AZVMILL 1600 ULTRA is specifically designed for executing notches or cutouts.
The glass handling system with suction cups positioned on both the input and output conveyors, controlled by software, allows the execution of notches of any size along the X-axis. The Y-axis movement of 1650 mm enables the processing of all standard glass sizes. The user-friendly software, with its 12-inch touch screen, includes a library of the main standard notches, all of them customizable.
It is also possible to import “shapes” or “complete programs” in DXF format via USB or LAN cable, which can also be created using an emulator software (optional), allowing to program form office and export to the machine through the company network.
The “Emptying” feature optimizes and/or allows to input the size of waste partialization, enabling to process large notches.
AZVMILL 1600 ULTRA is equipped with a glass washing system throughout the working area which eliminates splinters and prevent risks of damaging glasses.
The software includes the following special functions:
- 1 PULSATION (particularly useful for drilling laminated glass or small thicknesses)
- 2 OSCILLATION (helps to evenly wear the cutting edge of the tool, especially for laminated glass)
- 3 ANTI-VIBRATION (minimizes vibrations when drilling thin glass near the edge of the sheet)
- 4 ENGRAVING (images or text, using a special tool)
- 5 POLISHING (of the edges of the cutouts, using a special tool)
These features optimize the process and allow the execution of notches with very high precision and quality.
Using special multiple tools, it’s possible to perform drilling, milling, refining and countersinking on any shape without changing the tool.
The machine can also be equipped with a motor with tool changer with ISO 30 cones to facilitate tool change operations.
By connecting the machine to the company network, remote assistance can be performed.
