Our edging machines retain the characteristics of extreme simplicity of construction and use, reliability and optimization of the price/performance balance of all our products, but also offer the user a high working speed and, therefore, a significant increase in production. The range, divided into four models, (from 2 to 6 wheels) covers all the needs of your company. All components of our edgers comply with European CE safety standards.
Standard features
- Working direction: from left to right (on request from right to left)
- Workable thickness: from 3 to 22 mm depending on the model
- Feed speed: rom 0.5 to 4 m/min depending on the model with electronic regulation by inverter for the Master models
Structural features
- Main conveyor: lubricated chain, with hardened and ground guides
- Rubber pads: steel shoes covered in vulcanized oil-resistant rubber and equipped with watertight and anti-impurity insulated bearings
- Grinding wheel groups: equipped with all adjustments on the front of the machine:
• wheel-glass alignment
• removal quantity
• lateral inclination of the grinding wheel for different thicknesses
- Wheel tank: in stainless steel with full front and rear inspection visibility for quick wheel change
- External tank: in stainless steel with immersion pump, overflow and drain valve
Available upon request, on all models, , motorized system for processing parallelogram shaped glasses or high & narrow strips
