AZV MILL 1000 is the automatic vertical milling machine for making cutouts. Specially made for milling, drilling and countersinking for the assembly of hinges, supports, sockets.
Our machine is equipped with a numerical control system with an easy and immediate Touch screen panel allowing you to import of complete DXF programs with USB sticks or LAN
Born from listening to customers
AZV MILL 1000 is the first machine born listening to our customers to understand their needs and satisfy them. To make it even more performing and easy to use, we designed a special multiple tool allowing you to drill, mill, if necessary counter-sink holes and then polish the arrises without changing the tool, helping so to speed up production times and make each process fluid. Available also special tools fro polishing shapes & engraving glasses.
Latest news
In Zafferani Glas we continue to develop the new evolutions of AZV MILL 1000.
The latest ones introduced at the end of 2019, namely the new software and the new clamp system for the automatic movement of the glass, allow also small companies to have access to the world of industry 4.0. Today AZV MILL 1000 processes glass sheets up to 3400 x 3120 mm, in a completely automatic way.
You just load the glass on the machine, just start the program by clicking a button and AZV MILL 1000 will execute a program automatically. The glass is held and moved by a clamp and the machine stops only after the last hape has been completed.
Our second novelty introduced on the milling machine is the update of the software, allowing you now to make texts and drawings engraved on the glass. The update is also available for older versions. (Do you have an older version of the software? Request it here)
