Vertical double head Manual drilling machine.
The manual setting of the dimensions is extremely simple, fast, intuitive and does not require the marking of the drilling dimensions.
The two opposing heads, with maximum rotation up to 4,000 rpm. allow you to drill with maximum precision in a short time.
AZV 100 processes glasses from 3 to 20 mm thickness, making holes with diameter from 3 to 100 mm.
AZV 100 allows digital display and electronic adjustment of the tip rotation speed.
AZV 100 drill is equipped with stoppers for series machining.
Available, upon request, the XL version (1 meter longer on both sides).

All the commands are located in the control console which, with simple and intuitive commands, allow you to control any feature, even the automatic measurement of the dill bits. The two opposing heads, with a maximum rotation of 9,000 rpm. allow rapid drilling and maximum precision.
AZV 160 CN processes glasses from 3 to 20 mm thickness, making holes with diameters from 3 to 100 mm.
Thanks to the new software recently introduced, it is now possible to import complete programs in DXF format.
The new clamp system for the automatic movement of the glass makes our driller fully automatic.
The software is ready for the remote assistance of our technicians, canceling or drastically reducing intervention times.
